A Journey of Passion and Creativity
Born from a shared desire to slow down and rediscover meaning, we created Yashu & Prem—a fashion universe rooted in tradition, creativity, and freedom. Inspired by the ocean and the diverse cultures we encountered, we built a world where craftsmanship and individuality thrive.
Our journey began in 1995 in Goa, India, where our spiritual search led us to open our first atelier. There, we began creating collections inspired by the vibrant culture around us. Over time, our atelier attracted an international clientele, allowing us to grow and refine our work. Life eventually brought us to Sardinia, where we started selling our collections on the beaches and in the Bohemian San Pantaleo market of Costa Smeralda.
Our Inspiration
Falling in love with San Pantaleo’s charm, we decided to make it our summer home and opened our first store in Europe. Drawing on Yashu’s experience at Valentino and Prem’s expertise at Christian Dior, we developed a unique approach to design. Our creations are inspired by global artistry—shaped by our travels, studies, and the beauty we observe—while remaining deeply rooted in India’s traditions.
Our latest creation, the Atelier-Sartoria in San Pantaleo, merges Italian tailoring with exquisite global textiles, offering one-of-a-kind designs exclusively and only available in our Sardinian boutique.
